Wholehearted Living

Do you know what you are avoiding? Do you accept that part of yourself? What would your life look like if you were embracing it fully?

Life is full of so many wonderful things but it can also be a tough road. How to live with intention, embracing each part of it with confidence, and facing the tough times with courage is a part of wholehearted living. I’m in this field because of how hard life can be, and I want to share the insight I’ve gained through school, life, and my spiritual walk. I love having the honor of helping others with their journey. I have learned how to come along side people in their lives, guiding them as they learn and grow to better understand themselves and the world around them.

My Peace

I have a strong spiritual life where I enjoy my Christian faith. I grew up in the church singing acapella every Wednesday and twice on Sunday. Singing has been a wonderful outlet all my life, through school and on worship teams and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I love working with people of all belief systems and faiths because I truly believe spirituality, however you find it, can bring you hope especially through the hard times.
